We offer delivery services within Cambodia. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and notifying us of any damage or defects within 48 hours.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
